Tesseract Software / Privacy
Privacy policy
How we handle details sent through the contact form.
Basic privacy information
Controller: legal owner of Tesseract Software (to be confirmed).
Purpose: reply to your business enquiry; this form is not used for advertising.
Legal basis: your consent to handle the enquiry.
Recipients: hosting provider Hostinger; VPS located in France.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability; you may withdraw consent.
Controller and contact
Data controller: the legal owner of Tesseract Software [BUSINESS FORMATION AND IDENTITY PENDING]. Address, tax ID and privacy email: [PENDING]. Until a working email is available, privacy requests can be sent via the contact page.
Data, purpose and legal basis
We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company and message, form language and source, submission time and a record of your acceptance of this information. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, if requested, prepare a discussion or commercial proposal. We do not use them for marketing campaigns or automated decisions.
The legal basis is your consent when you tick the form checkbox (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Required fields are needed so we can reply.
Retention
We keep an enquiry while needed to answer it and handle reasonable follow-up. We then delete it unless a contract or legal duty requires longer retention. The specific operational period and deletion procedure must be approved before publication.
Recipients and transfers
The site is intended to run on a Hostinger VPS in France. Hostinger provides hosting and may use subprocessors under its data processing addendum. We do not share enquiries for advertising.
Before publication, the owner must review the provider's agreement, subprocessors and potential international transfers, and describe the relevant safeguards here. A French VPS location alone does not rule out access or processing outside the EEA.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, or withdraw consent, via the contact page. State that your message concerns data protection. We may request information to verify your identity where necessary and will reply within the legal deadlines.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
Security and changes
Enquiries are kept in a private server file with no public read endpoint. Production deployment must use HTTPS, restrict access to the VPS and data volume, protect backups, and establish deletion and incident-response procedures.
We will update this policy if the controller, providers, purposes or site technologies change.
